Kim Souvertjis and Susie Linton have been friends for over 40 years since their school days in Adelaide, South Australia and share a mutual fascination of ancient lands and an intense enthusiasm for Egypt and Syria.

The combination of Kim’s cultural and linguistic experiences from living in Egypt and Cyprus for 28 years and Susie’s expertise in hospitality and cultural cuisine evolved into a desire to share their passion with others.
